OUR OFFER ON DELHI PLOTS:
Plot owners of Delhi & those individuals who doesn’t own a plot shall seek appointment with us.
They will be advised to pick plot of our recommended locations & sizes. We will enter into collaboration Agreement.
Plot owners will get either three lower floors or three Top Floors with Duplex floors if requested besides parking in Stilt Floor. House will be constructed with Rich specifications. We will handover Fully Furnished property and a fix amount in white for purchasing of Furniture’s & Fixtures will be handed after transfer of our share of property.
Either Upper Ground Floor or Top Floor with roof right will be retained by us. Advantage for every individual is that the owner of plot just invest in buying plot whereas our firm will invest in construction and furnishing in lieu of our share of UGFloor or Top Floor with roof right.
